Founding Story
Founded by Gayathri Riddhi, RealizeToWin, LLC was created from the belief that leadership is strengthened from the inside out. After more than two decades in corporate leadership, coaching, and leadership development, Gayathri saw how clarity, presence, and self-awareness shape the way people lead in life, at work, and through change. RealizeToWin™ brings this belief into practice through coaching, speaking, and leadership development grounded in conscious self-leadership.

A Certified Master Coach, Executive Coach, Author, Speaker, and founder of RealizeToWin™. With over two decades of corporate leadership, coaching, and leadership development experience, she helps individuals and organizations strengthen conscious leadership from the inside out.
Her corporate career has spanned global teams, multiple industries, and complex organizational environments, including leadership roles with Nissan North America, Asurion, and Willis Group. As the creator of The SIRE Model™, Gayathri brings together executive experience, human-centered coaching, and original thought leadership to help leaders navigate change, pressure, and growth with clarity, presence, and intention.
She also serves as Vice President of Talent Management for the ATD Nashville Board, supporting leadership pipeline development, volunteer alignment, and board succession.
